Our clients are all completely different. We give them support depending on their needs. Much of what we do can be performed remotely which means it can usually get done quicker. We are always available to talk directly on the phone and do try and visit our clients as much as is practical. We are and always have been a very people based company.

Remote support is amazingly effective and we now believe that we can solve 99% of PC problems remotely. An engineer will simply access our agent on the assigned PC or server and resolve the issues while you sit back and have a coffee.
