Remote Support
Remote support is amazingly effective and we now believe that we can solve 99% of PC problems remotely. An engineer will simply access our agent on the assigned PC or server and resolve the issues while you sit back and have a coffee.
Traditional tech support is still very popular with many of our clients. Call at any time and speak to your engineer. There will be an engineer assigned to you and any assigned tickets to your issue, you won’t have to explain the problem repeatedly to different people.
With a team of field-based technicians, we are happy to make onsite visits to our clients. Although most problems can now be solved remotely, there are some for which a visit is the most appropriate. It also helps us keep our client relationships on a personal level!
